Returns

We do accept product exchanges for items equal to or less than the cost of the original purchase. In the event of an exchange in which the product exchanged for is valued at less than the product exchanged, we will not refund the value difference between the two products. An exchanged product can likewise be put towards the purchase of a product of greater value, given that no physical damage whatsoever has occurred to the exchanged product upon its return. All exchanged products must be returned within 10 days of purchase to the address below:

Return orders must include the product, order slip, and a description of the specific damage claim. We reserve the right to refuse any product returns at the proprietor’s discretion.
